What’s the difference between monthly and yearly sponsorship?

Both options unlock the same supporter experience. Monthly sponsorship is $8 charged each month and can be paused or canceled at any time. Yearly sponsorship is $89 charged once per year—it's the best value if you plan to support long-term because it costs less than paying monthly for a full year. Whichever you choose, you’ll receive the same benefits and access.

Can I cancel my sponsorship?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. After canceling, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you need assistance with cancellation or refunds, contact our support team and we’ll help.

Will I get a receipt for my sponsorship?

Yes. As soon as your payment is processed, we’ll email you a receipt with the amount charged, the billing period, and transaction details. You can also view and download past receipts from your account billing page.

Is my payment information secure?
